TSA LineSitter ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online marketplace platform that connects travelers ("Travelers") with independent contractors who provide line-sitting services at TSA security checkpoints ("Sitters"). We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between Travelers and Sitters. We do not directly provide line-sitting services.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
When a Traveler books a Sitter through the Platform, a service agreement is formed between the Traveler and the Sitter. TSA LineSitter acts as an intermediary to facilitate this transaction but is not a party to the service agreement between Traveler and Sitter.

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By using the Platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TSA LINESITTER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:
TSA LineSitter does not guarantee that a Sitter will be available at your chosen airport, that wait times will match estimates, or that the service will result in you catching your flight. We are a marketplace platform, and the quality of service is ultimately the responsibility of individual Sitters.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TSA LineSitter and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in the State of Texas.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
